CHOCOLATE BATTER:
1 1/2 c flour
1 c sugar
1/2 c cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c water
1/3 c oil
1 tsp. vanilla

WHITE BATTER:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
6 oz. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, salt. Stir in water, oil and vanilla. Fill cupcake tins 1/3 full with the chocolate batter Beat together the cream cheese, egg, sugar, salt and chocolate chips. Drop 1 tsp. of white batter on top of chocolate mixture and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
