2 c clams
3 carrots
2 stalks celery
3 onions
3 potatoes
1/2 lb. bacon
1T thyme
1 can whole tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 c ketchup
1 bottle clam juice
1 CT. water
tabasco sauce
1 tsp. horseradish
oregano
paprika
pepper
dash tabasco sauce
dash Worcestershire



Directions:
Directions:
Chop all ingredients into cubes. Saute bacon and onion. Add 1 qt. water. Ad vegetables, clams, tomatoes, ketchup, tomato sauce, tabasco, Worcestershire & clam juice. Season with pepper, thyme, oregano, paprika. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 2 hours.
