1.5 cups skim milk
Half cup plain fat free yogurt
1 banana, sliced
1.5 cups mixed frozen berries
4 T flaxseed meal

Blend all ingredients in blender. Add more milk to thin if needed and reblend. Pour into two 16 oz glasses.

Cameron and I have started having these for breakfast. We find this to be very filling - probably because of the flaxseed. If you care about Weight Watchers points, I calculate that the recipe above makes two 4-point smoothies.
