1 lb. ground beef
2 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. bacon
1 egg
2 T. chopped onion
1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dice and cook bacon. Add onion and cook until translucent. Drain in a large bowl. Combine ground beef, egg, cheese, crumbs, milk, seasonings, bacon, and onion. Pour into 9x5x3 loaf pan.
Glaze:
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
2 T. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Mix all ingredients, pour over meat loaf, and bake at 325º for 1 hour.
