Cake:
24 double graham crackers
2 small pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. cold milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
Topping:
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 T. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 T. white corn syrup
3 T. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 9 x 13 pan and line the bottom with graham crackers. Beat together pudding mix and milk until blended. Fold in Cool Whip. Layer half of this over crackers. Top with another layer of crackers and then the remaining pudding mixture. Finish with cracker layer. beat all topping ingredients together and spread over the top layer of crackers. Refrigerate at least 12 hours.
