Boston Butt Pork Roast- 3 to 4 lbs.
1 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. ketchup
6-8 tbsp. broth
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Texas Pete, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pork roast with vinegar, sugar and salt for 10 to 12 hours in slow cooker. Cut into small pieces-NO FAT. Add ketchup, broth, Worcestershire and Texas Pete. I freeze mine in plastic containers.
