5 lbs. skinless smoked sausage
2 lbs. saurkraut
1 lb. bacon cut into little chunks
little bit of onion
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Fry the bacon, drain and mix together rest of ingredients, put in casserole dish and put a little butter on top bake covered @ 350º for 5 hours. This is soooo good.

Gayle Hofstra made this for one of our Hofstra reunions and it was really yummy. 5 hours seems like a long time to bake something so watch it. I'll bet you could do this in the crock pot too.
