6 large baking potatoes
1 stick of butter
Small amount of milk
Shredded cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450º
Stick top of potato with fork in one place
Wash potatoes well and put in oven for 1 hour.
Take fork, stick potato to test for doness.
Take out of oven and let cool for about 15 minutes. Slice potato 2/3 down the length and scoop out potato in to bowl. Mix milk, half stick of butter and salt and pepper to taste. Mash potato filling well with butter, salt & pepper and milk.
Put back into potatoes and put a tsp of butter on each potato. At this time you could also put shredded cheese if so desired. Put back in oven twenty minutes or until completely heated through and the top is brown. Serve immediately
