2 lbs good Good Chop Meat (sirloin)
1 packet of Lipton Onion Soup
4 tbs water or ketchup
1 egg
1/2 cup Colona Flavored Breadcrumbs
2 slices bacon
4 medium size potatoes
2 medium size onions
salt and pepper
Melted butter or margarine to drizzle on potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450º
In mixing bowel, put breadcrumbs, meat, onion soup mix, salt, pepper, ketchup, egg and water. Mix with hands or large spoons.

In baking dish or pan, put 1 slice of bacon on the bottom. Put shaped meatloaf on top of it and put the other slice running the long way on the meatloaf. Cut potatoes up into thirds, also onions.
Put around the meatloaf and pour very small amount of water 'Drizzle tiny amount of olive oil or margarine over potatoes and onions.
