"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

1 can Spam (cubed)
1 to 2 lbs. Velveeta cheese (cubed)
yellow mustard
melted butter

Directions:
Make the bread dough and let rise. Punch down and divide in half. Roll each hunk of dough into a 12 X 7 rectangle. Spread each piece with mustard and sprinkle with half the cubed spam and half the cubed cheese. Roll up on the wide side and pinch together to close. Place the seam side down on baking sheet lined with parchment paper or greased baking tray. Let rise for about an hour. Bake in a 350º oven for about 30 to 40 minutes. The loaf will be nicely browned and will make hallow noise when tapped on with your finger.

Personal Notes:
This is my son John's favorite. It is great served with soup. You can use frozen bread dough to make this if you prefer.
