anything else that looks like a seed at the health food store
Flax (grind immediately before using)
Dash of salt

Add one part grain mix to four parts water in a crock pot at 6pm and turn on high for one hour then turn on warm for the duration of the night. The next morning serve hot with honey, raisins, cinnamon, nuts etc.

This is a Chinese breakfast meal that is thousands of years old. It has lots of flexibility and malleability.

The basic ingredients are whole grains and water in a 1 to 4 ratio. One part grains to four parts water.
