1 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
3 tsp. adobo seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cayenne pepper

4 avocados
5 roma tomatoes (dice)
2 onions (small) (dice)
2 tsp. fresh cilantro (dice)
Directions:

Mix water & spices together in a medium bowl; let stand.

Halve avocados, remove pits. With a spoon, slide the skins off. Cut into thirds & place into the bowl.

Mince onion, tomatoes, cilantro. Add to bowl. Mash with a hand potato masher, then stir to blend the spices.

Cover tightly before serving.

Do not make more than an hour before serving & does not make a good leftover.

I like a chunky guacamole dip, so I use more onions and tomatos than most recipes call for, and I dice the vegetables, instead of mincing them.
