1 T butter
1 T flour
3/4 c milk
2 T chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/2 c sour cream
1 T Dijon mustard
turkey breast

Directions:
Directions:
Cut turkey in 1/2 slices and set aside. Melt butter in large skillet; stir in flour, parsley & tarragon. Add milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Add the turkey. Bring to a boil; then turn down heat. Cover. Simmer 10 minutes. Put turkey a plate. Stir sour cream & mustard into sauce. Do not boil,
