3/4 cup sugar
4 Tbs margarine
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup coconut (toasted, if preferred)
1/4 tsp coconut extract
1/4 tsp orange extract
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the sugar and margarine then add eggs. Stir in the remaining ingredients in the order given. Divide into 12 muffin cups and bake at 350ºF for 20-25 minutes. Do not brown, or they will be dry.
