1 lb. can salmon
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 T. instant onion
dill weed
3 eggs
1-1/4 c. cracker crumbs
dash pepper
1/4 c. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Empty salmon (including bones and liquid) into bowl. Add rest of ingredients. Put into buttered loaf pan or casserole dish. Top with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 hour. Sprinkle with lemon juice or just eat it plain.
