2 cans progresso artichoke hearts cut into halves, not marinated
4 cloves chopped garlic
seasoned breadcrumbs
1 lb. imitation crabmeat
1 tablespoon lemon juice
basil
oregano
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put 2 tablespoons olive oil in bottom of a 2 1/2 quart corning dish. Melt 1 stick butter. Saute chopped garlic and season with basil, oregano, and lemon juice. Cover and simmer a few minutes. Add artichokes and crabmeat. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Put under broiler for a few minutes.
