3 cups zucchini - sliced thin
1 onion sliced
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup oil1/2 tsp. salt, pepper and oregano
1 cup bisquick
1/4 cup grating cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º.
In a large bowl mix, zucchini, onion, eggs oil, salt, pepper, oregano. Then add 1 cup bisquick, mix together. Add grating cheese, mix.
Pour into a greased 13 x 9 pan. bake 30 minutes or until brown. Serve warm.
