3/4 c. butter (keep cold)
1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
2 c. flour

Directions:

Cut butter in small pieces and blend with cottage cheese in mixer; blend in flour to make a dough. Divide dough into 6 flat balls (refrigerate while using); roll 1 ball on lightly floured waxed paper into 6 or 7-inch circle. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese on it and cut in 8 wedges. Starting with wide side, roll into crescent shape and place seam side down on lightly greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle again with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes. Cool on wire rake (repeat with remaining balls).
