4 to 6 large baking potatoes
Olive or vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. seasoned salt or your choice of dry seasonings
Toppings: butter, sour cream, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced green onions, sliced jalapeno peppers

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash and scrub potatoes. Rub each unpeeled potato with oil.
2. Place seasoned salt in a zip-top plastic bag. Add potatoes, one at a time, and shake to coat. Wrap each potatoe in aluminum foil, and place in slow cooker.
3. Cover and cook on low 8 to 9 hours or until potatoes are tender.
4. Serve potatoes with desired toppings.
