2 T. Butter
1/3 C. Onion, Chopped
2 T. Buttermilk biscuit mix
1 1/2 C. Water
1 (6 oz.) Can Tomato Paste
1 tsp. Salt
Dash of Pepper
1/4 tsp. Sugar
1 Bay Leaf
1/2 C. Celery, Chopped
1/2 C. Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
2 lb. Shrimp, Cleaned
White Rice, Cooked

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium skillet add butter and onion. Cook for 3 minutes. Add biscuit mix and stir well until all combined. In the crock pot combine the biscuit mixture, water, tomato paste, salt, pepper, sugar, bay leaf, celery and green bell pepper. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours. About an hour before serving turn to high and add shrimp. remove bay leaf before serving and serve over hot white rice.
