1 box white cake mix
6 cups finely chopped peanuts
2 pounds confectioners sugar
2/3 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake according to directions on box, baking in a 13"x 9" pan. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into 2" squares , cover and freeze overnight.
For frosting , in a mixing bowl, combine confectioners' sugar, milk,vanilla and salt: beat until smooth. Frost the top and sides of frozen cake squares: roll in peanuts. Enjoy!

These are my families favorites. I have a special memory of Mom and I making these for Rocks and my wedding and they were so well liked that they disappeared before we had a chance to have any. I continue to make them for my family to enjoy and they still disappear quickly!
