Take 3 or 4 lb. of tenderloin, cut into 1- inch squares and cover with water, salt and pepper to taste. Cook slowly until tender, best cooked in slow cooker all night on low.

Take 2 cups of milk, mix with 1/2 c. flour to thicken. Make plenty of biscuits to go with it.
