1 Pkg Refrigerated Pie Crusts (2)
½ lb Ground Beef
1/3 C Olives, sliced
1/3 C Finely Chopped Onion
3 T Fresh Cilantro
1 C Shredded Mexican Cheese
1/3 C Salsa
1 ½ T Mexican Seasoning Mix
1 Garlic Clove
1 Egg, lightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Let pie crusts stand 15 min. Cook Ground Beef and drain. Mix olives, onion, cilatro with the ground beef and then add the cheese, salsa, seasoning and garlic. Place 1 crust on pizza pan then spread meat until 1 inch from edge. Place other crust on top and seal edges. Brush with egg, bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
