1 pkg Pillsbury refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
1 egg
1/2 c sugar
1 eight oz cream cheese softened

Cut off 1/3 of the cookie dough and set aside. Coat the bottom of a 9" square pan with non stick cooking spray. Pat the 2/3's portion of the cookie dough on the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust. In a small bowl, mix together: egg, sugar and cream cheese (I use hand mixer-works easier). Pour cream cheese mix over dough. Take the reserved cookie dough and break it into pieces. Dot the dough pieces over the cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 mins, or until golden and toothpick comes out clean. Store refrigerated. Enjoy!!
