10 oz pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 tsp margarine
2 T chopped onion
1 T flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain the spinach. In a small saucepan, melt the margarine and saute the chopped union until it starts to turn transparent. Mix in the flour, salt & nutmeg, then pour in the milk and stir. Continue to stir until the sauce has become thick (medium heat) Combine the sauce and spinach.
