1/2 lb cream cheese, softened
1/2 butter, softened
2 cups flour

Filling
1 cup walnuts, ground up
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg white

Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
For Kiefles: Blend butter and cream cheese. Gradually add flour and work into a ball. Refrigerate dough for one hour. Divide dough into 5 or 6 small balls. Roll out dough on a slightly floured cutting board. Cut into small triangles and put on filling, then roll in to a "crescent shaped" roll.
Bake at 325º for 25 to 30 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Filling: Mix all ingredients together.
