1 pound cream cheese, softened
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese grated
1/4 pound smoked cheese, grated
1 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 Tablespoon prepared mustard
2 Tablespoon horseradish
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Milk, about 2 Tablespoons or enough to be soft enough to handle
Chopped pecans

In large mixing bowl, combine cheese, onion salt, garlic salt, horseradish, mustard, Worcestershire, and milk. Beat at medium speed with mixer until smooth. Shape into 1 large or 2 small balls. Roll all over to coat in chopped nuts or parsley.

I made a cheeseball every Christmas, and with champaigne on New Years Eve. I used to make cheeseballs for Christmas presents, too.
