Cocktail Sauce:
3/4 cup ketchup
1 - 2 Tablespoons horseradish
10 drops Tabasco
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt

Shrimp boil:
2 quarts water
2 cups celery leaves
1/2 lemon, cut up
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 Tablespoon whole black peppercorns
3 pounds shrimp
2 Tablespoons salt
1/2 cup vinegar
1 bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Cocktail sauce ingredients and chill. Serve with shrimp.

Shrimp boil:
Bring water to boil, and add all ingredients except vinegar, lemon, and shrimp. Simmer 15 minutes. Add lemon and vinegar. Add shrimp. Cook without boiling until shrimp are pink, about 3 - 5 minutes. Drain, cool, and serve with cocktail sauce.
