1 Box Penne or Bowtie Pasta
1 cup fresh grated Parmesan Cheese
1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 - 2 cups fresh Asparagus or other fresh green vegetable, sliced into 2 inch slices.
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pasta as directed. Drain, but do not rinse. Saute vegetables lightly in oil. Toss sautéed vegetables and cheese with hot pasta. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
