1 1/2 stick butter
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. dry mustard
3 T. poppy seeds
1 medium or small onion chopped very small (smaller than a peanut!)
2 tsp. minced garlic
Melt these ingredients in a skillet and simmer until onion is opaque.

1 lb shaved roast beef, ham or turkey
1 lb provolone, Swiss, muenster or Colby jack
2 packages Hawaiian sweet rolls (gotta be these!)

Preheat oven to 350º
I keep the rolls intact and slice them in half horizontally. Layer roast beef and top with cheese; replace tops.
Pour 1/2 sauce over each set of sandwiches. Be sure to let the sauce drip over the sides.
Bake until warm - 10 minutes
