1 Slab of Ribs
1 12 oz of Stubbs Pork Marinade
1 Beer *Coors Light is what we use*
1 large oblong dish
1 12 oz bottle of BBQ Sauce *your favorite*

Directions:
Directions:
Place Ribs in oblong dish and spread marinade all over the ribs.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil let set in Refrigerator over night.
Take out ribs for 30 mins and let set on counter
turn on the oven to 250º.
Take ribs in oblong dish and pour 1 12oz beer in the dish not over the ribs.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and let cook for 4 hours.
