½ c butter
¼ c milk
1 c brown sugar
2½ c powdered sugar
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp vanilla

Directions:

Melt butter. Blend in brown sugar and salt. Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Take off heat and add milk and bring to boil again. Take off heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla.
