24 oz frozen uncooked shredded hash browns
5 1/3 T melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c half and half
1/2 t seasoned salt
1 c jalapeno jack cheese, shredded
1 c Swiss cheese, shredded
1 c diced turkey ham

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Press hash browns into quiche or deep pie pan. Blot with paper towel to remove all moisture.
Brush with butter. Bake 25 mins. Remove from oven. Reduce heat to 350º. Combine eggs, half and half and salt. Place cheeses and ham in hash brown shell. Pour egg mixture over top. Bake 40 to 50 mins.
