Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 boneless skinless chicken boobie
lil' bit o' butter
2 pieces of bread (I prefer oatnut)
lil' bit o' mayo
2 pieces of white cheese (I prefer swiss)
lil' bit o' sour cream
1 avacado
lil' bit o' else ( I use parsley, but I really don't know how to use herbs and spices yet)
1 small pkg. fresh mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
First, get your chicken boobie cookin'. I use my lovely George Foreman for this, but I'm sure you all have your own favorite way of cookin' up a lil' chicken. Saute the 'shrooms in a lil' bit o' butter.
Butter up the bread and get it browning on a griddle (butter side down, naturally). On the other side of one piece of bread, smear on a lil' bit o' mayo and a lil' bit o' sour cream. Sprinkle on your herbalicious herb of choice for an added zip. Put the cheese slices on the other piece of bread to get them melting and gooey. Slice avocado as all these things are browning and warming and cooking. When they all look ready, smack it all together and eat up.

Personal Notes:
This recipe may be poorly written considering I made it up as I went along, attempting to make it taste similar to a melt I once dined on at Baker's Square. Please tweak it as you see fit and let me know your best results!
