1 rump roast (2 to 2 1/2 pounds)
1 package dried onion soup mix
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of onion or cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the roast into serving -size pieces. (I usually cut off the large fat layer from the bottom of the meat before slicing.) Place the chunks of roast into a slow cooker. Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the top of the meat. Set the slow cooker to low. Cover and cook for 6 to 8 hours, until the meat is tender.
