2- ten count packages of canned biscuits
1/2 c. Splenda brown sugar
2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
Butter-flavored cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Spray 3 to 4 mini loaf pans liberally with butter flavored cooking spray.
3. Cut biscuits into quarters. Spray each quarter with cooking spray, then coat with the cinnamon and brown sugar mixture. Divide evenly between the mini loaf pans. Layer into the loaf pans and spray with cooking spray again. Adding any remaining cinnamon sugar mixture to the top of each loaf and coat with one more coat of cooking spray.
4. Place in the oven and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

The best way to quarter the canned biscuits is to use kitchen scissors. You may need to add more brown sugar as you coat the biscuits.
