1 pound raw pork sausage
1 pound grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup Milk
1 Tablespoon fresh snipped chives
3 cups Bisquick

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and roll into 2 inch balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 375 for 15 - 20 minutes until lightly browned on the top and brown on the bottom.

These can also be frozen prior to baking and then placed in a ziplock freezer bag until ready to defrost and use.
