2.15 pounds meat composed of 2/3 ground beef and 1/3 ground pork
2 eggs
1 package Lipton's Onion Soup Mix
Instant mashed potato buds, a light sprinkling
3 Tablespoons Heinz 57 sauce
4 good shakes Worcestershire sauce
Ketchup
Ground black pepper to taste
Garlic powder, a generous amount

Preheat oven to 325º. Mix all of the above ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Place in a baking pan sprayed lightly with Pam. Shape into a loaf and smear ketchup over the top. Bake for about 1 hour.
