1/2 - 1 pound ground beef or turkey
1 onion
1 large can or 2 regular cans of Veg-All
1 - 2 cans diced tomatoes
One 48 ounce bottle of V8 juice
Salt, pepper, basil, and oregano to taste

Brown and drain meat and onion. Add other ingredients, and simmer on low for 30 minutes, longer if possible.

I loved the vegetable soup at Truett's so much, I dared to ask for the recipe. They surprised me by giving it to me. Since it makes up so quickly, it has been a standby every since. Serve with cornbread and salad.
