2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 water
1 cup granulated Splenda or Equal

Combine all ingredients in small no-stick pot. Bring to rapid boil. Reduce heat and simmer for approximately 10 minutes.

You can use any combination of berries. I use plain blueberries or the triple berry mix. This will work with apples and peaches also.
