2 6 oz cans tuna
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 can large refrigerator biscuits
1 cup grated cheese

optional: sour cream chopped tomato lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine drained tuna, onion, mayonnaise, salt, pepper. Mix well. separate dough into 8 biscuits. Roll or press biscuits into 5 inch circles. Place 4 biscuits on greased cookie sheet.Spoon tuna mixture in center, top with cheese. Place remaining biscuits over top of tuna mixture. Press edges to seal.
Bake 350º for 15- 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cut each sandwich in half and top with sour cream lettuce and tomato.
