1 large can enchilada sauce
1 can chicken
1 can refried beans
1 can sliced olives
1 cup salsa
2 cups shredded cheese
1 package 10 burrito sized tortillas

Preheat oven to 350

Mix together chicken, refried beans, olives, salsa and 1 cup shredded cheese

Pour 1/4 can of the enchilada sauce in a 9 x 13 pan

Fill tortillas with mix. roll and line pan with enchiladas.

Top with remaining enchilada sauce

Bake 25 minutes

Top with remaining cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes. Serve with rice.
