2 packages chopped, frozen broccoli
thaw and drain
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 tbs butter
3 eggs
2 tbs. flour
1/2 cup water
8 oz cheese whiz
additional 3 tbs butter
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
1 tsp salt

Cook chopped onion with 3 tbs butter until tender. Beat eggs in bowl. Mix flour with 1/2 cup water and 1 tsp salt, add to eggs.
Add cheese whiz, pour this over the broccoli and put in ungreased casserole. Top with remaining 3 tbs butter and 1/2 cup cracker crumbs mixed together.
Bake 350 for 30-45 minutes
