1 4-5 lb pork loin roast ( I usually use boneless)
3-4 cloves garlic
2 bags sauerkraut with liquid
1 bottle of beer
1 medium jar of natural applesauce- no sugar added
brown sugar to taste ( color) - probably about a cup

Directions:
Directions:
Make slits in pork roast and insert garlic cloves. Place roast in crock pot. Cover with other ingredients. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours until meat is falling apart. Serve over/with mashed potatoes.
