1 box of Pound Cake mix
1 c. coconut
1 can of crushed pineapple

Brown Sugar Glaze:
1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbs. water

Directions:
Directions:
Take a box of Pound Cake Mix and add coconut and crushed pineapple. Mix all ingredients well and bake according to cake mix instructions (use toothpick to test. Once toothpick comes out clean, its done.)

While cake is cooking make the glaze. In a bowl, combine the sugar, vanilla and water and mix until smooth. Once cooled, add glaze. Drizzle the cake with the glaze and let harden slightly. Serve warm. Enjoy with a cup of coffee or a glass of milk.
