1 lb Fresh Asparagus Spears
1/2 lb Thinly Sliced Precuitto
1/4 Cup Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and snap off the tough ends of the Asparagus spears. Take one slice of Precuitto and starting from the bottom, wrap the Asparagus spear with the Precuitto working your way up to the top (you don't have to completely cover the spear). Lightly brush with olive oil and grill on a warm bbq grill turning frequently to avoid scorching, for approximately 5-10 minutes (depending on the heat of the grill). The Precuitto should be crisp. Serve warm and enjoy!!!
