1 pkg Bob Evans Zesty Sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
3/4 c sour cream
1/3 c mayo
1/4 c parmesan cheese
1/2 c red pepper chopped
chopped scallions
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except scallions
Place mixture in baking dish and bake at 350º for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Garnish with scallions
Serve with tortilla chips
