1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 small onion finely chopped
1 can refried beans
1 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 drops red pepper sauce
1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. shredded cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp. chili powder
Shredded lettuce
Shredded cheese
Corn chips

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef with peppers and onions (drain). Add beans, tomato sauce, seasoning mix, pepper
sauce and garlic. Simmer 5 - 10 min. Spread on platter. Mix sour cream, 1 tbsp. cheddar cheese and chili powder. Spread over meat mixture. Add lettuce and more cheese. Serve warm with corn chips.
