3 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
2 rolls Kraft garlic cheese
1 pt. half and half
2 stick margarine
1 c. grated mild cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan melt margarine; add cheeses and half and half. Heat and stir until well blended. In a 9x13 in. casserole (lightly greased with butter or Pam), spread partially thawed hash brown potatoes. Pour cheese sauce over potatoes and let set for one hour at room temperature. Bake in 350º oven for one hour.

* If you can't find garlic cheese rolls, use 2 small pkgs. of Velvetta with 1 tsp. of minced garlic.

Variations: You can add chopped chives, green onions, or bacon bits to cheese sauce for a different flavor, or top potatoes with these for extra flavor.
