3 Green Onion , Minced
2 T. Lemon Juice
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
2 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 T. Olive Oil
1 1/2 lb. Shrimp, Cleaned
Lemon Wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Combine onions, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper in a 2 quart glass dish; stir in oil. Add shrimp; turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 15 minutes. Thread shrimp onto metal skewers. Lightly oil grill to prevent sticking. Grill shrimp over medium heat. 2 Minutes per side. Serve with Lemon wedges.

If your using wooded skewers soak in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
